<p>Commercial conditions and exceptions are included in the commercial proposal. The commercial portion consists of the executive summary, cost formation and change order unit rates.</p>
<p>The technical part explains the project execution plan, knowing behind the job execution plan for the engineering, procurement and construction. Any deviations will also be prepared to consider negative impact on the cost. Technical description by category will also be prepared referring to the codes and standard utilized to the project</p>
