Following items taken into account
1.Technical Content
-Verify scope of work in document with project requirements / CTR.
-Verify technical contents in compliance with design basis/premise.
-Verify technical contents compliance with contract/client specifications.
-Verify technical contents in compliance with appropriate regulatory and statutory requirements, which are identified and accurately referenced.
-Verify assumptions and methodology adequately document analysis.
-Verify summary, results, conclusion, and recommendations are consistent with analytical results.
-Verify sufficient analytical results and/or reference data are inserted in document body or attached to document as appendices.
-Verify that analytical calculations are contained in a calculation book per company procedures.
-Verify that all comments have been incorporated.
2.Document Format
-Verify document title sheet and headers have correct document number, document name, and revision per project document register.
-Verify format conforms to the most recent revision of Company internal standards for the type of technical document.
3.Design and Interface Issues
-Verify interface data is correctly represented.
-Verify material references / selection per fabrication, welding, corrosion, and contractual requirements.
-Verify consideration of fabrication, welding and construction issues.
-Verify consideration of installation operation, inspection and maintenance.
-Verify consideration of health, safety and environmental issues.
-Verify AFD design changes have been logged in the Change Register.
-Verify AFD hazard review and change HAZID have been completed.
