-Verify that the drawing information is sufficient for the issue purpose.
-Verify that the drawing drafting check has been performed i.e. checklist has been completed and signed off
-Verify that drawing information meets required regulatory and classification codes, rules, and regulations.
-Verify drawing meets contract requirements.
-Verify concurrence with design requirements.
-Verify that critical dimensions are correct.
-Verify that interface data is correctly represented and identified.
-Verify that information is consistent with analytical calculations.
-Verify that analytical calculations are contained in a calculation book per company procedures.
-Verify that all comments have been incorporated.
-Verify all revisions are correctly identified per procedure.
-Verify references (drawings, specifications, codes) identified and accurate.
-Verify welding details are called out or referenced.
-Verify materials are specified or referenced.
-Verify that NDE and other testing are specified or referenced.
-Verify that the approval dates have been added for AFC drawings.
-Verify that notes are correct and appropriate.
-Verify AFD design changes have been logged in the Change Register
-Verify AFD hazard review and change HAZID have been completed.
-Verify P.E. Stamping requirements.
