The following shall be considered in DESIGN BASIS
-Approved Scope of Work is provided.
-The Scope of Work has been reviewed by PM, PjE and LE.
-The Client has provided Design Basis document(s).
-The Client has provided Standards Specifications
-The Client has provided Data Sheets.
-The Client has provided Drawings.
-The Client has provided a list of applicable industry standards.
-Regulatory requirements are identified.
-Statutory requirements are identified.
-Verify that analytical calculations are contained in a calculation book per company procedures.
-Verify AFD design changes have been logged in the Change Register.
-Verify AFD hazard review and change HAZID have been completed.
